Paulette has over 15 years of experience providing professional care to children, adults, and families. She specializes in addressing a wide range of issues, including those related to relationships, emotional conflicts, and behavioral difficulties.   Paulette’s focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families achieve more healthy, satisfying relationships and lives.

Specialties: Paulette has a special interest and experience in helping adoptive families parenting children with attachment problems.  Other specialty areas that Paulette provides treatment include: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Problem Gambling.

Paulette has completed training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).  Paulette utilizes this effective, no-talk technique to address anxieties, phobias, and trauma, in addition to enhancing athletic and job performance.

Paulette holds her Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology, with a Specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling

When not in the office, Paulette enjoys spending time outdoors camping, biking, gardening and traveling.
